Here is some information regarding presentation by poster:
Format: A0 (84.1 × 118.9 cm), vertical orientation. Posters will be mounted using clips on display boards.
Posters may be displayed starting Wednesday, November 18 at 2:00 p.m., after registering at the conference welcome desk. Several poster sessions are scheduled, and we kindly ask that you remain regularly available in front of your poster to interact with participants. Poster numbers will be displayed on the boards, and the final program including the numbering will be available in the booklet (soon!).
All posters must be removed no later than Thursday, November 19 at 7:45 p.m., at the end of the poster session.
Here is some information regarding oral presentations:
The eight oral presentations are scheduled for 15 minutes each, including questions and discussion. We kindly ask you to strictly adhere to this time in order to keep the Symposium program running smoothly. The use of personal laptops will not be permitted for oral presentations. To ensure full compatibility with the computers provided, please use *.pptx or *.pdf formats.
If you wish, you may send us your presentation either via a download link or as an email attachment to icsn2026.potier@services.cnrs.fr
Otherwise, please make sure to come to the room no later than the break preceding your session to provide us with your presentation.
